Select based on your needs: whether it’s dry vacuuming, pet hair removal, or deep cleaning with a washing function.

For dry cleaning, Perfect Air Allergy Pure and CYCLOON HYBRID Family & Pets are excellent options. Perfect Air Allergy Pure focuses on water filtration, while CYCLOON HYBRID offers both water and cyclone filtration, with specialised nozzles for pet hair. FAQ - WARRANTY FOR THOMAS VACUUMS

THOMAS offers a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all vacuum cleaners. 

The warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship, but not normal wear and tear or misuse. Repairs and replacement parts are free during the warranty period. Make sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

FAQ - WATER FILTRATION TECHNOLOGY (AQUA Filter Box)

You only need 1 litre of tap water for the AQUA filter box to function optimally.

No, avoid using hot water. Stick to hand-warm water to prevent any damage to the filter box

We do not recommend adding essential oils or fragrances as they may damage the plastic components of the AQUA filter box.

For regular cleaning, change the water after about 30 minutes of use. For heavier cleaning or homes with more dust, you may need to change it sooner.

FAQ - WET CLEANING WITH THOMAS VACUUMS

The fresh water tank holds 2.6 litres of water, enough for cleaning multiple surfaces.

No, only fill the tank with hand-warm water to avoid damaging the tank.

Add 20 ml of cleaning concentrate per litre of water. For a full tank, use about 50 ml of Thomas cleaning solution.

Thomas vacuums are great for cleaning carpets, upholstery, hard floors, car seats, and mattresses. Avoid using them on leather, silk, or non-colorfast carpets.

FAQ - CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

After each use, pour out the dirty water, rinse the box with clean water, and shake it to ensure all dirt is removed. For deeper cleaning, soak the box in warm soapy water. Dry after washing.
